Paper, Ink, and Pen: The five partbooks of the calligrapher Robert Dow

Some of the favorite composers of the calligrapher Robert Dow William Byrd, Thomas Tallis, and Robert White are performed by a viol consort as part of the ReRenaissance series in the Barfüsserkirche of Basel. The final piece with added vocal ensemble pays tribute to Josquin des Prez, marking the 500th anniversary of his death in 1521.
